Specialist since 2010

Diesel injector removal across Scotland

For seized, stuck, corroded, damaged or broken injectors on cars and commercial vehicles.

Specialist tools for difficult injectors

We have specialised in diesel injector removal since 2010 and carry a wide range of purpose-built extraction equipment.

Different engine and injector designs need different extraction methods. Our approach is based on the vehicle, access, injector condition and known failure points—not a one-tool-fits-all method.

Before attempting removal

Avoid applying heat or causing further damage where possible. A damaged injector can often still be removed, but previous attempts may increase the work required.

What we handle

Common injector removal problems

Carbon seizure

Injectors held firmly in the cylinder head by combustion deposits.

Heavy corrosion

Water ingress and corrosion around the injector body and bore.

Snapped bodies

Extraction of remaining components when an injector separates.

Nozzle failures

Removal where lower sections or nozzle caps remain in place.

Real examples from completed jobs

These photographs show the condition injectors can be in after removal. Even heavily corroded or broken injectors can often be extracted with the correct equipment and method.

These injectors were badly corroded and exceptionally tight. Transit injectors can require very high controlled extraction force, and nozzle-cap breakage is a known complication during removal.
